1. Account Deletion Request
If you wish to permanently delete your SkillQubix Learning account, you can request deletion by sending an email to our support team. Please send the request from the email address registered with your account so we can verify your identity.
How to request account deletion
- 1Send an email to support-lms@pegatle.com
- 2Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- 3Include your registered email address and full name.
- 4Our team will confirm your request and begin the deletion process.
The email opens with the recipient, subject, and message already filled in — just add your details and press Send.
Processing Time: Once your request is verified, your account and all associated data (profile, enrolled courses, progress, certificates, calendar events, and to-do history) will be permanently deleted within 50 days. This action cannot be undone.
